For any reservation of products or livestock, the below terms will apply. 

·       A minimum fee of 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at point of reservation.

·       Up to £500 Racks4Reptiles will hold the stock/animal for a maximum of 3 months from date of deposit. If this is not paid in full by this point, the deposit will be lost. 

·       £500+ Racks4Reptiles will hold the stock/animal for a maximum of 4 months from date of deposit. If this is not paid in full by this point, the deposit will be lost.

·       Payments must be made in MONTHLY instalments. Failure to keep up with payments, will result in the deposit being lost.

·       After 50% deposit has been paid, the remaining payments will be split evenly across the remaining monthly instalments.

·       In some circumstances, the terms of this agreement may be altered. This must be agreed at time of initial deposit and recorded in the notes section of this form. 

·       Animals/stock only leave the shop on receipt of final payment.

·       Proof of setup must be presented before the animal leaves the shop.

·       Photographic ID may be used as proof of age.
