Hi everyone! Our company has recently started implementing enterprise architecture to better manage processes. At first there was a lot of skepticism - why do we need it if everything seems to be working as it is. But when I saw how the implementation helped to optimize interaction between departments, I changed my opinion. For example, before we always had problems with the transfer of information from marketing to sales, but now it is much better organized. Has anyone else experienced this approach? What advantages have you noticed?
